How do I fill my empty vape cartridge?
1. Remove the mouthpiece.

3. Secure the mouthpiece back on tightly.
4. Allow the oil to settle for at least 10-15 minutes before using.
Can I refill my disposable vape pen?
No. Disposable vapes are designed for single use and should not be refilled. If you need a refillable option, choose one of our reusable vape cartridges.
What’s the best way to store my vape pen?
Store your vape pen in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Excessive heat can cause leaking, and cold temperatures can thicken the oil too much.
How do I clean my vape cartridge?
For reusable cartridges:
1. Rinse with warm water or use 90%+ isopropyl alcohol.
2. Allow to fully dry before refilling.
3. Avoid getting water inside the coil to prevent damage.

What type of battery do I need for my vape cartridge?
Most of our cartridges use a 510-thread battery, which is a standard connection compatible with most vape devices.
How do I charge my vape battery?
• Use the included USB charger or a compatible 510-thread charger.

Why isn’t my vape hitting?
